Total Rewards Administrator

Location: Melville

Marcum LLP is seeking a Total Rewards Administrator in our Human Capital Department. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Total Rewards Department in the daily functions of benefits administration and compliance. The Total Rewards Administrator also provides excellent client service, investigates new benefits offerings, improves existing programs and provides analytical support in the delivery of benefits programs.

The Total Rewards Administrator will report to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards. The ideal candidate is a well-organized, detail-oriented professional who can handle high volumes of transactions, tight deadlines, and highly confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of monthly enrollments in carrier sites.
  • Coordination with Payroll for appropriate benefit deductions.
  • Processing of qualifying life events.
  • Monthly billing reconciliation.
  • Maintaining associate files.
  • Assist with Firm Compliance.
  • Respond to employment verifications.
  • Support Total Rewards Department with various tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in Human Resources (Human Capital) Department.
  • BA/BS in HR Management, Psychology or Sociology.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent experience working with Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
