Welcome to the 2015 Marcum MicroCap Conference

Presented with

The Marcum MicroCap Conference is dedicated to providing a forum where publicly traded companies under $500 million in market capitalization can network with the investment community. The conference features presentations by CEOs and CFOs from six principal industry sectors, expert panels moderated by industry leaders, and the opportunity to meet with management of these companies on a One-on-One basis.

Marcum is again proud to partner with KCSA Strategic Communications and Launchpad Investor Relations to present our annual MicroCap Conference.

This year, in order to accommodate investor interest and provide a showcase for early stage growth companies, the conference is being expanded to include an additional half-day dedicated exclusively to nanocap and pre-IPO enterprises. Presentations from these companies will take place on Day One, followed by presentations from more mature publicly traded microcap companies on Day Two.

The conference will feature the following presentation tracks:

  • Technology, Media & Internet
  • Software & Business Services
  • Life Science & Healthcare
  • Retail & Consumer Products
  • Energy & Natural Resources
  • Industrials

In addition, the conference will also include a full agenda of expert panel discussions on issues of strategic importance to small cap issuers and investors.

This event attracts fund managers and high net worth investors who focus on small cap equities. Over 2,000 participants from all segments of the microcap market are expected to participate. Attendees will include senior management, finance and legal executives, venture and lower middle-market private equity investors, institutional investors, directors, investment bankers, buy- and sell-side analysts, and service providers to the microcap marketplace.
