Anthony Delfiner Joins Marcum LLP as Tax Partner
New York City, NY – Anthony Delfiner, CPA, has joined the Philadelphia office of national accounting firm Marcum LLP as a Tax & Business Services Partner.
Mr. Delfiner specializes in providing integrated planning, compliance and consulting services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses. He has particular expertise in business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and tax provision consulting. He frequently plays an integral role in assisting clients with negotiations related to the buying and selling of businesses, helping them to better understand and plan for the tax consequences of these transactions.
Mr. Delfiner is experienced in Federal and Pennsylvania estate, gift and inheritance tax matters; succession planning and generational planning. He serves a broad client base with a special focus on real estate entities and wholesale distributors.
Before joining Marcum, Mr. Delfiner was a Partner with a national accounting firm.
Mr. Delfiner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is also an active member of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council. A resident of Dresher, he holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor Science in Accounting from Temple University.
