Connecticut Proposed Healthcare Legislation
A listing of Connecticut Healthcare legislation under consideration by the Aging, Human Services and Public Health committees of the Connecticut General Assembly can be found at www.cga.ct.gov.
Public hearings on legislative proposals and committee votes are presently in full swing. Under the schedule established for the 2013 Session of the Connecticut General Assembly, the work of all three committees will be complete by April 5, 2013. Legislation approved by these committees that has budget implications is generally forwarded to the Appropriations Committee for consideration. That committee has a deadline of April 23, 2013. The 2013 Session is scheduled to end on June 5, 2013.
