|Frank E. Rudewicz recently joined Marcum as Principal and Counsel, and heads the New England Forensic, Investigative and Valuation Advisory practice. He is an attorney, as well as a licensed private investigator and holds Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and Certified Protection Professional designations. He has more than 26 years experience conducting domestic and international investigations for anti-trust/anti-competitive issues, harassment, fraud, ethics and other employment related conduct
Mr. Rudewicz has been involved in numerous, high profile and sensitive engagements regarding computer forensics, litigation support, investigations, compliance and security assessments. His investigative work has led to numerous media appearances including Dateline NBC, the Forensic Files and 60 Minutes II. Forensic Files featured his investigation and subsequent conviction of an individual responsible for a $6 million dollar international insurance fraud. In addition to investigating employee misconduct for a variety of entities, Mr. Rudewicz has conducted independent investigations of numerous law enforcement agencies concerning allegations of racial profiling, officer misconduct and departmental practices.
