Bukzin, Partner-in-Charge of the New York City office of Marcum LLP and National Leader of the accounting and advisory Firm’s SEC and Transactions Services Practice groups, will moderate a panel on Reverse Mergers and Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) at the 10th Annual PIPEs Conference on November 4.The conference will take place at the Westin Times Square Hotel in New York City.
