Marcum Distributes Record Fundraising Proceeds from Annual Marcum Workplace Challenge
New York City, NY – A new fundraising record was set by the 2014 Marcum Workplace Challenge, a 3.5-mile walk-run for charity at Jones Beach State Park on Long Island, NY. $95,000 was awarded to Long Island Cares: The Harry Chapin Food Bank; the Long Island Children’s Museum, and the Children’s Medical Fund of New York, bringing total contributions to date to more than $477,000. Annual proceeds last year were $80,000.
