Marcum LLP Expands in New England with Connecticut Merger
Filomeno & Co. Joined Marcum June 1
(New York City, NY) – Marcum LLP today announced that Filomeno & Company, P.C, a full-service accounting firm in West Hartford, Connecticut, has merged into Marcum’s New England region. In addition, Filomeno Wealth Management, LLC, joins as Marcum Wealth Management, LLC. Both transactions were effective June 1.
The entire Filomeno team of four partners and 13 associates will join Marcum. Thomas J. Filomeno, CPA, becomes office managing partner in West Hartford and partner-in-charge of Marcum Wealth Management, LLC.
The merger gives Marcum five offices in Connecticut. In addition to West Hartford, Marcum also has offices in Greenwich, Hartford, and New Haven. The Firm’s New England region additionally includes offices in Boston, MA; Portland, ME; and Providence, RI. Marcum is headquartered in New York City and has offices in major business markets across the U.S. and overseas.
