New York accounting firm Marcum LLP has merged local firm Parent, McLaughlin & Nagle CPAs Inc. into its Boston office.
The acquisition brings Parent McLaughlin’s six partners and 30 staff, as well as a fourth office, into Marcum’s fold. Parent McLaughlin specializes in accounting for financial institutions, service organizations, nonprofits and closely held businesses.
Marcum has more than 20 offices, 1,000 staff and more than 125 partners. Its Boston office is run by partner Douglas Farrington.
