WilsonMorgan LLP has agreed to merge into Top 100 Firm Marcum LLP’s Southern California practice.
WilsonMorgan, which is based in Irvine, Calif., provides traditional tax, accounting and audit services. It also conducts advisory, management consulting and litigation services for its clients.
“WilsonMorgan’s deep expertise and broad services capability strongly complement Marcum’s strengths both regionally and nationally,” Marcum managing partner Jeffrey Weiner said in a statement.
WilsonMorgan co-founders Phil Wilson and Jayson Morgan, along with five partners and 30 staff members, will join Marcum.
“As a full-service firm and a regional leader, WilsonMorgan will help strengthen our capabilities and expand our presence in Irvine. We are delighted to welcome the firm to Marcum,” said Ron Friedman, partner-in-charge of Marcum’s Southern California region.
In addition to Irvine, Marcum has California offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
