Marcum SEC Auditing Practice Leads Industry in National Ranking for Fourth Quarter

Marcum LLP, a top national accounting and advisory firm, led the entire accounting industry in most new Securities and Exchange Commission audit clients in the fourth quarter of 2012, according to an article published by Accounting Today. The article was based upon research reported by Audit Analytics, a company that analyzes changes in auditors of Public Companies. With six net SEC client wins, Marcum outpaced the growth of all other accounting firms including the Big Four and doubled the results of the second-ranked firm for the quarter.
The Audit Analytics ranking was reported February 12 on AccountingToday.com.
