David Price is a Partner in the Firm’s Assurance Services group. He has extensive experience in providing accounting, auditing and business advisory services to publicly-held and middle-market companies in diverse industries such as wholesale distribution, manufacturing, software development, real estate, securities brokers/dealers, construction contractors, and professional services.
Mr. Price specializes in employee benefit plan audits (EBPA) for publicly–held and middle-market companies and heads the Philadelphia office’s EBPA practice as well as the professional service practice. He has served as interim Chief Financial Officer when needed for his clients and provides technical and consulting assistance to legal practices, including litigation support.
In addition to helping clients make important business decisions, Mr. Price is responsible for managing and administrating various client engagements including audits of companies, conducting historical financial analysis and preparing projections for business plans. His forte is providing continuous business advice with day-to-day operations. Mr. Price also has extensive experience in developing profit center financial reporting by various teams in a professional service organization to ensure the accountability associated with each team’s financial goals.
