Bruce C. Roff is an Audit Partner at the Firm’s Long Island office and a member of its Real Estate and SEC practice groups. He possesses more than 20 years of public accounting and tax experience and has developed specialized skills in the areas of SEC compliance, assurance, auditing, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and corporate advisory services including SAS 70.
Mr. Roff works with both privately-held and publicly-traded middle market businesses, spanning a wide range of industries including construction, real estate, healthcare, telecommunications, apparel, technology, entertainment, manufacturing, and distribution. He has in-depth knowledge and extensive background with reporting requirements for publicly-traded companies. Through his expert counseling, Mr. Roff has successfully guided numerous clients through the maze of becoming publicly traded.
In addition, Mr. Roff is an expert with the latest database analysis technology used to maximize efficiency in performing audit and non-traditional services including operational reviews, due diligence, fraud investigations, SAS 70 audit reports and new system conversions.
