Mark D. Bloomfield is a Partner in the Advisory Services division of the Firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office. He is responsible for the origination and management of engagements relating to matrimonial and commercial litigation and forensic and valuation matters. In addition to working closely with clients and attorneys, Mr. Bloomfield manages the day-to-day activities of the Firm’s Matrimonial Litigation Support group.

Mr. Bloomfield has more than 20 years experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to businesses and individuals representing a broad spectrum of industries. His extensive background includes serving as an expert witness and providing testimonies for matrimonial litigation cases involving business valuation issues, marital lifestyles, cash flow analysis and forensic investigations. He prepares valuation, cash flow and other reports; participates in and moderates settlement and mediation conferences; and has been appointed by the court as a financial expert.

An industry leader, Mr. Bloomfield has developed and presented continuing legal and accounting education programs on topics regarding business valuation, matrimonial and forensic accounting, cash flow analysis and lifestyle analysis.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2001, Mr. Bloomfield was the Managing Director of an accounting firm, which gave him valuable insight into the financial, professional and economic challenges facing all businesses.
