About Bruce

Bruce Roff is an audit partner in the Firm’s New York City office. He is a member of the Firm’s National Real Estate Industry group, Construction Industry and Capital Markets groups. He possesses more than 30 years of experience providing auditing and internal control services to owners, builders, lenders and users of real estate as well as a wide range of other industries including construction, healthcare, telecommunications, apparel, technology, SaaS, Managed Services, entertainment, manufacturing and distribution.

Bruce also serves as the Firm’s local leader of our Technology Assurance Services (TAS) Practice group for the New York region and has extensive experience providing SSAE 18 (SOC 1, 2 & 3 audits) and related consulting services to service organizations as well as, Sarbanes-Oxley Act 404 audit and consulting services.

Bruce has worked extensively with major real estate private equity funds and domestic and offshore real estate investment trusts as well as numerous other privately-held and publicly-traded middle market companies. He has in-depth knowledge and extensive background with reporting requirements for publicly-traded companies. Through his expert counseling, Bruce has successfully guided numerous clients through the maze of becoming publicly traded.

In addition, he is a technical advisor to the AICPA’s real estate accounting and auditing guides.
