About Richard
Richard L. Botham is a partner in the Firm’s Providence, Rhode Island office.
He has over 20 years of experience performing attest services (audits, reviews and compilations) for businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, private equity/venture capital, not-for-profit, professional services, and technology industries. Additionally, he specializes in audits of various types of employee benefit plans. Throughout the years, Richard has also helped clients analyze and interpret financial results, prepare projections to obtain bank financing, and provide assessments on internal controls and related recommendations for improvements.
Richard also performs Quality of Earnings due diligence projects for buyers and sellers. He enjoys working with clients and consulting on business mergers and acquisitions.
Richard volunteers his time working with children involved in the Warwick Junior Hockey Association and the Warwick North Little League. He is an active member of the board of directors of the Warwick Junior Hockey Association, serving on the executive committee as treasurer.
