Anthony Delfiner is a Partner in the Tax and Business Services Department of the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. He has over 20 years of diverse experience advising corporate and individual clients about complex tax issues.
Mr. Delfiner specializes in providing integrated planning, compliance and consulting services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses. He has particular expertise in business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and tax provision consulting. He frequently plays an integral role in assisting clients with negotiations related to the buying and selling of businesses, helping them to better understand and plan for the tax consequences of these transactions.
Mr. Delfiner is experienced in Federal and Pennsylvania estate, gift and inheritance tax matters; succession planning and generational planning. He serves a broad client base with a special focus on real estate entities and wholesale distributors.
Mr. Delfiner has lent his expertise in an advice column in the Philadelphia Business Journal and also has contributed articles to Corporate Compliance Insights on key topics such as Negotiating the Deal with Taxes in Mind.
He is a frequent speaker on professional panels as well as a regular guest on a radio talk show, “Financial Literacy: Tax Talk.”
