David Price CPA*

David A. Price is a Partner in the Firm’s Assurance Services division and a member of its National Retail/Consumer Products Industry group. He has extensive experience providing accounting‚ auditing and business advisory services to government entities and publicly-held and middle-market companies. His corporate clients are in diverse industries such as wholesale distribution‚ manufacturing‚ software development‚ real estate‚ securities brokers/dealers‚ construction contractors and professional services.

Mr. Price also specializes in employee benefit plan audits (EBPA) and heads the Philadelphia office's EBPA practice as well as its professional services practice. He has served as interim Chief Financial Officer when needed for his clients and provides technical and consulting assistance to legal practices‚ including litigation support.

In addition to helping clients make important business decisions‚ Mr. Price is responsible for managing and administrating various client engagements including audits of companies‚ conducting historical financial analysis and preparing projections for business plans. His forte is providing continuous business advice with day-to-day operations. Mr. Price also has extensive experience developing profit center financial reporting by various teams in a professional services organization to ensure the accountability associated with each team's financial goals.
