As a Partner in the Firm’s Long Island office, James J. Wienclaw serves as a tax and business advisor to clients and implements various tax saving strategies. He provides Federal, state, and local tax consulting and compliance services to both publicly-traded and closely-held entities. Mr. Wienclaw has an in-depth background working closely with companies in a variety of industries including wholesale and distribution, manufacturing, real estate investment trusts, and service oriented businesses. In addition, he offers Federal and multi-state consulting and tax compliance services to High-Net-Worth Individuals.

Mr. Wienclaw has more than 15 years of tax related experience. Prior to rejoining the Firm in 2011, he spent three years at a regional mid-sized public accounting firm in its business tax services group. A recognized industry professional, Mr. Wienclaw has authored numerous articles on corporate taxation for various professional publications.
