Robert L. Babek is the Partner-In-Charge of the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of its Marcum Family Office, High- Net-Worth Individuals and Trusts and Estates practice groups. He provides tax consulting, compliance, assurance and accounting services for individuals and corporations. He is an expert in the area of S corporation taxation and his industry concentrations include manufacturing, distribution, retail, apparel and real estate.
In addition to working with clients, Mr. Babek conducts the office’s personnel matters, which include directing recruitment in the Southern California offices.
Mr. Babek has been with the Firm for more than 25 years, joining its predecessor in 1985. Previously, he was with a “Big 8” accounting practice.
