Sam D. Wild is an Assurance Partner of the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of its National Alternative Investment Industry and SEC Practice groups. His practice includes audit and review services, public offerings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, SEC compliance, and a wide array of services tailored to the special requirements of public companies and their boards. Mr. Wild works closely with both private- and publicly-held entities that span a variety of industries.
Mr. Wild also heads the Firm´s Royalty and Participation Auditing practice, performs forensic investigations and has provided litigation support services both as expert and consulting witness in matters of auditing accounting and financial reporting. He is a frequent lecturer for the Center for Professional Education, Inc., the AICPA and CalCPA.
Mr. Wild has nearly 40 years experience working in public accounting, including 17 years at a “Big 4” firm where he was an Audit Partner. He began his career with the Auditor General of Arizona.
