Sam D. Wild is an Assurance Partner of the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a Practice Leader for the Firm’s Media and Entertainment group. He is also a member of the Firm’s National Alternative Investment Industry and SEC Practice groups. His practice includes audit and review services, public offerings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, SEC compliance, and a wide array of services tailored to the special requirements of public companies and their boards. Mr. Wild works closely with both private- and publiclyheld entities that span a variety of industries.
Mr. Wild also heads the Firm’s Royalty and Participation Auditing practice, performs forensic investigations and has provided litigation support services both as expert and consulting witness in matters of auditing, accounting and financial reporting. He is a frequent lecturer for the Center for Professional Education, Inc., the AICPA and CalCPA.
Mr. Wild has nearly 40 years experience working in public accounting, including 17 years at a “Big 4” firm where he was an Audit Partner. He began his career with the Auditor General of Arizona.
