We analyze the practice, perform a baseline valuation and provide recommendations to maximize your practice profits, both while practicing and after the sale. Our goal is for you to work smarter not harder!
This is the implementation process. You can choose to implement some or all of the changes we recommend, using your internal team or engaging us to assist you with the process.
Practice Transition Phase. We will facilitate the process to help you identify a buyer.
After the sale, we will also provide the buyer with a few days of business coaching as they start their new venture.
