Glass Half Full?
The Contractor Compensation Quarterly (CCQ) is especially designed for the busy construction executive that needs to keep abreast of competitive compensation and benefit levels within the industry.
The good news is that 98% of contractors provided pay increases to their administrative and technical support positions in 2019. We like to see the glass as half full, so the good news for 2020 is that 85% of contractors projected a pay increase through the end of this year. This was slightly better than the 20% predicting pay freezes in the second quarter.
