“It’s really obvious to me that all malls have been in trouble. If they start losing these tenants because of COVID, and they can’t afford the rents, they need to keep them alive, so that they can have another day in the world of retail,” Ron Friedman, national leader of retail and consumer products at accountant and advisory firm Marcum, said by video conference.
