Steven Boultbee is a partner in Marcum’s San Francisco tax department and a member of the Firm’s Food & Beverage group. He has more than 15 years of experience in individual and business entity taxation.

Steven’s practice includes tax consulting and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and family groups, closely held businesses, and emerging companies.He also has extensive experience with equity compensation matters. Steven is a faculty member of Marcum’s annual tax update presentations, for which he focuses on new developments in business and individual taxation.

Prior to joining Marcum, Steven was a tax specialist at a regional California accounting firm, after beginning his career at one of the “Big Four.”
