About Timothy

Timothy J. Landry is a partner in the Firm’s national Technical Review and Quality Control Group and a member of the Capital Markets and Construction Services Groups. He provides assurance and business advisory services to publicly traded companies and closely held businesses with specialties in business combinations, financial instruments, reverse mergers, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting. He conducts, reviews, and analyzes financial information for companies in the energy, manufacturing and distribution, life science and biotech, and construction industries.

As a member of the Firm’s national Technical Review and Quality Control Group, Tim collaborates with others to develop the Firm’s professional standards and consults on various accounting and regulatory matters for clients and other professionals in the Firm. He also assists in developing curriculum for the Firm’s training programs and shares his expertise internally as an in-house instructor on various accounting, auditing, and SEC reporting topics.

As a member of the Firm’s Professional Practice Group, Tim is the lead of the Assurance Applications Technology Group, primarily focused on automation and efficiency through technology.

Prior to joining Marcum, he spent nine years at a Big Four accounting and consulting firm where he was responsible for supervising client engagements teams in a variety of industries and conducting in-house training seminars on various topics, predominantly in the manufacturing and construction industries.
