Ashley Soldan is a tax partner in the Firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office. Ms. Soldan has more than 14 years of tax compliance and consulting experience. Ms. Soldan’s primary client responsibilities include assisting with tax planning, consulting, compliance and structuring, with a focus on high net worth individuals, and middle market businesses and owners. Her proactive approach to the implementation of new tax legislation, allows her to provide practical solutions for her clients. Ms. Soldan’s expertise also includes consulting and compliance for S-Corporations and consolidated groups with multi-state domestic and foreign operations, multi-tiered partnerships, income tax provisions and income tax reporting. She also has experience in providing tax compliance and planning services in a variety of industries, including Real Estate, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Professional Services.

Ms. Soldan brings in depth experience in coordinating internal tax training programs including developing course content and lecturing to the Firm. Prior to joining Marcum she was the Tax Director for a national accounting firm with a strong presence in New England.
