Ashley Soldan is a tax partner in the Firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office. Ashley has more than 16 years of tax compliance and consulting experience. Her primary client responsibilities include assisting with tax planning, consulting, compliance and structuring, with a focus on high net worth individuals, and middle market businesses and owners. Ashley’s proactive approach to the implementation of new tax legislation allows her to provide practical solutions for her clients. Her expertise also includes consulting and compliance for S-Corporations and consolidated groups with multi-state domestic and foreign operations, multi-tiered partnerships, income tax provisions and income tax reporting. She provides tax compliance and planning services in a variety of industries, including Real Estate, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Professional Services.

Ashley brings in depth experience in coordinating internal tax training programs including developing course content and lecturing to the Firm. Prior to joining Marcum she was the tax director for a national accounting firm with a strong presence in New England.
