Bert Bolanos is a director in the Firm’s New York City Assurance Services Department and a member of the Capital Markets Group. He has extensive experience conducting and performing audits and reviews for publicly traded companies in a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, technology & software, life science & biotechnology, and financial services. His skills include managing and overseeing SEC audit engagements; consulting on financial reporting, internal controls and business combinations; assisting on public offerings and capital raising; and analyzing complex financial instruments.

He has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and a master’s degree in business administration. He is a CPA in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
