About David
David Stagliano is a partner in the Transaction Advisory Services division of the Firm’s Philadelphia office. He is also a key leader in the Mid-Atlantic Private Equity Practice Group. Mr. Stagliano has over 20 years of extensive experience providing financial services to clients, primarily focused on the middle-market private equity sector. He specializes in working with strategic investors, private equity and venture capital firms and their associated portfolio companies.
Mr. Stagliano performs due diligence services across a wide variety of industries and sectors including: manufacturing and distribution, high technology, restaurant, hospitality and wholesale retail. Prior to joining Marcum in 2018, he spent time as the managing director of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice of a top 10 ranked national accounting firm, where he also oversaw due diligence services for numerous public and private equity backed companies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Stagliano spent seven years as a manager at a “Big 5” accounting firm in the Emerging Growth Practice. His areas of focus included audit and due diligence services, as well as working on numerous IPO transactions.
