Edward Schreiner is a director in the Assurance Services division of the Firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office. He has over nine years of experience providing audit and financial reporting services to public and private companies, and accounting experience conducting, reviewing and analyzing financial information for companies that span a variety of industries with a focus in technology, life sciences and biotech, engineering, construction, and manufacturing.

Mr. Schreiner offers an array of services to both publicly-held and private companies and has been involved in financial auditing and accounting, merger and acquisition due diligence, consolidations, foreign subsidiarity accounting, and financial analysis. In addition, he has performed compliance audit and other attest services for several Federal and State agencies and has handled matters involving business consulting, initial public offerings and complex financing transactions.
