About Eric
Eric Hertrich is a senior manager in Marcum’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Firm’s Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Services group.
Mr. Hertrich has over 14 years of experience investigating and protecting organizations against fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering, US GAAP violations, and other complex financial crime-related matters. As a member of Marcum’s Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Services group, Mr. Hertrich has assisted counsel and clients with analyzing financial records in various forensic contexts including corporate investigations and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Hertrich led various internal investigation engagements for multinational organizations related to fraud and other financial irregularities, healthcare compliance, bribery, corruption, and other misconduct. His prior experience includes analyzing and auditing financial statements, interviewing employees, writing investigation reports, and developing meaningful corrective action plans. In his prior role as a Sr. Compliance & Internal Investigations Manager, Mr. Hertrich also managed and administered the company’s global whistleblowing system and played an integral role in standardizing its global investigation procedures and fostering a speak-up culture
