Giancarlo Garipoli is a partner in Marcum’s Assurance Services division in the New York’s City office. He is highly skilled at helping clients understand the dynamics of their businesses.

His experience includes auditing both public and private companies. Most notably, he works on complex audit engagements in a variety of industries including technology, e-commerce, biotech & pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and manufacturing. He also has significant experience with capital transactions and initial public offerings.

Giancarlo joined Marcum in 2019. He previously worked for another full-service national accounting and professional services firm, primarily providing assurance services to SEC-registered clients.

Earlier in his career, he was an equity trader for a subsidiary of a top global brokerage firm.
