Gurmeher has served clients ranging from privately held middle-market businesses to Fortune 500 global corporations in a variety of industries such as technology, consumer products, medical devices, professional services, and cryptocurrency. Gurmeher specializes in inbound/outbound tax consulting, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, treaty planning, and international tax compliance. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
