Kati Allison-Boughton serves as a director in the Advisory and Consulting Services Group and is primarily responsible for the Firm’s Investigative Due Diligence practice. Ms. Allison-Boughton is board certified in Investigations and has earned her certification as a Professional Certified Investigator (“PCI”). She is experienced in case management, evidence collection, and preparation of reports and testimony to substantiate findings. She has experience working with clients domestically and internationally.
Ms. Allison-Boughton has been engaged with a number of assignments for investigative due diligence, business intelligence and corporate investigative services. Her in-depth experience includes discreet fact finding, design and preparation of investigative plans, as well as compiling and analyzing information received during an investigation. She has conducted numerous interviews and surveillance activities. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Allison-Boughton was a Paralegal for a law firm.
