About Kenneth

Ken Haffey is the partner-in-charge of National Mergers and Acquisitions. He has more than 30 years of experience in the public accounting profession.

Mr. Haffey’s career also includes 10 years of key financial management and corporate planning positions with financial institutions in Chicago and Cleveland. Included in that period of time, he functioned for six years as the CFO of a publicly held bank with responsibility for all accounting, SEC reporting, internal audit and investment areas. As a CPA, CGMA and CEPA, Mr. Haffey works with the Firm’s clients in all aspects of accounting, auditing, tax, succession/strategic planning, SOX, internal auditing, personal financial planning.
