About Laura

Laura Rohde is chief learning officer at Marcum. Laura works closely with the Firm’s leadership to set the vision and learning and organizational development strategy to maximize the potential of every Marcum associate. With more than 25 years of professional services experience, Laura has a broad skillset including leadership development, group dynamics training, executive coaching, performance management strategy, in-house university creation, Train the Trainer programs, and culture initiatives. Laura also has the highest certification in the Birkman Method, a robust personality/perception tool, which aids in organizational change. She is energized by creating an environment that maximizes associates’ personal and professional growth and development.

Prior to joining Marcum, Laura served as managing director of HR Services at Skoda Minotti, which merged into Marcum in 2019. Her previous experience includes positions as learning and organizational development manager at a law firm, national sales trainer and sales coach at a mortgage broker, and assistant vice president of learning and development at a national bank.
