About Lori

Lori Liberty is a partner in Marcum’s Merrimack office. She has extensive experience working with closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, developmental stage businesses (incubation through self-sufficiency), and private equity firms.

Her private equity experience includes fund accounting for investments world-wide. This experience has provided Lori the opportunity to work first hand with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax compliance issues in foreign countries.

Lori is experienced in providing businesses and individual clients comprehensive tax, planning, audit, and accounting services. In addition to her CPA credential, Lori has the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). This title distinguishes CPAs with considerable professional experience in personal financial planning.
