About Marina

Marina Margarucci is a Tax Partner in Marcum’s Family Office & Accounting Services practice within the Private Client Services Group. Marina was a founding member of Marcum’s Private Client Services Group (PCS) and continues to be an integral member of the team. Marina is known for her client-first approach, providing white glove service to each family. Coupled with her financial services and private equity background, Marina offers something unique in the marketplace.

Marina leverages technology to assist families in preserving their legacy and wealth for future generations. She manages large asset portfolios and focuses on meticulous record-keeping, tax and estate planning, and setting up family structures with tax implications at the forefront. Marina is adept at cash flow projections, investment management, and crafting tax planning strategies tailored to each family.

Marina’s career has been concentrated on supporting robust, complex families heavily invested in the Alternative Investment space, which enables her to deliver essential insights when analyzing financial statements and investment portfolios. Notably, Marina played an instrumental role in major transactions, including the divestment of one employer’s Private Client Services division, setting up Private Foundations, and building out Family Office structures.

Marina routinely speaks at conferences, discussing the intricacies of Family Office structure and governance.
