About Marina

Marina Margarucci is a Tax principal specializing in serving clients of the Firm’s Family Office group. Marina leverages a broad background across a wide range of sectors, including experieince work with accounting firms, insurance offices and a private equity fund, to deliver the insights necessary to prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and investment portfolios. Additionally, she is comfortable tracking revenue streams, forecasting budgets, explaining variances in balance and profit and loss sheets, designing tax planning strategies, and preparing individual and partnership returns.

Notably, Marina has also contributed to major transactions, including the divestment of one employer’s Private Client Services division, and has prepared capital calls and PCAP statements that ensure allocations adhere to the terms of applicable partnership agreements.
