About Mark

Mark Teague leads the firm’s Emerging Companies practice and is responsible for assisting early-stage technology and emerging growth companies from start-up through capital raising and accelerated growth opportunities to successful exits.

With more than 25 years of experience in private equity and venture capital at both the fund and portfolio company levels, he provides strategy, finance, and business advisory services to his clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was Managing Director of a consulting practice providing finance, fundraising, administration, and general and operations management services to early-stage technology ventures in a wide range of industries. He also served as CFO of a discovery-stage pharmaceutical investment and development company and a neuromodulation medical device venture. He has extensive experience in business acquisitions and exits.
