About Mary Jo
Mary Jo Dolson is a partner in the Tax and Business Services group. Ms. Dolson has been living and breathing state and local taxes her entire career. She has over thirty years of experience in SALT. She has worked in both industry and public accounting during her career so she understands the constraints clients have in addressing state and local tax issues.
Ms. Dolson’s involvement in SALT covers all aspects of state and local taxes – income tax, payroll tax, sales/use tax, and unclaimed funds. With her experience gained both while in industry and public accounting, Ms. Dolson has probably handled SALT issues in every state.
Ms. Dolson is often a speaker for the OSCPA and other outside organizations. She is also often an author of blogs and articles on different SALT issues both for the Firm and other outside trade organizations. Ms. Dolson’s experience covers all industry types from your typical manufacturer to todays SaaS providers.
