About Michael

Michael Cohen is a senior manager for the Managed Services practice at Marcum Technology. Michael has around 10 years of information technology experience. His responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Windows servers, firewalls and network security, email, help desk support, customer relations, marketing, and billing. He has led many successful client projects, including replacing old servers, building physical servers, and configuring them to support virtual machines, and completing data migrations. Michael’s other projects include migrations from Exchange, Google Apps, and other email providers to Microsoft Office 365.

Previously, Michael worked at SRA International as the Director of Tiered Services at BinaryNetworks, which merged with Marcum Technology. He has additional experience with research management, where his primary responsibilities included data infrastructure support and validation, client software installation, and operations support, database archive management, and general computer support.
