About Michael
Michael Cohen is the Partner-in-Charge of Assurance Services for Marcum’s East Hanover, NJ office. He is a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice and National Professional Practice Group. He works closely with private companies, publicly traded companies, and those seeking to become publicly traded.
Michael works with a broad range of clients in the financial services, life sciences, technology, and wholesale/distribution industries. He has more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in the public and private sectors, including seven years as the chief financial officer of the largest nonbank small business lender with public filing responsibilities, which gives him a unique perspective on meeting the needs of his clients.
