Michele Johnson is a tax director in the Firm’s New Haven, CT office and is a member of its National Alternative Investment Industry Group. Ms. Johnson has more than 20 years of experience providing federal, state and international tax consulting and compliance services to partnerships and corporations. Michele works closely with her clients, auditors and engagement team to manage and execute tax compliance services for alternative investment funds. Prior to joining Marcum LLP, she spent 17 years running a global tax team at one of the largest administrators.
