Michelle Potchak is an Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) manager in the Washington, DC office. Ms. Potchak has more than 18 years of experience in finance and program management and specializes in sales, marketing, education, business analysis, solution architecture, and development. She has been working in Process Automation for the last 4 years, and has received her BluePrism Developer Accreditation, BluePrism Professional Developer Accreditation, and most recently, UIPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.

Ms. Potchak is integral to developing end to end processes within UiPath. Clients benefit from her ability to blend business management expertise with hands-on configuration of automated processes. Her responsibilities include consulting with clients on streamlining business functions through IPA as well as providing relationship and project management. She is considered to be an expert Business Analyst in Process Automation by UIPath as she played an integral role in helping Marcum Technology achieve UiPath’s coveted Service Network Partner (USN) designation.

Ms. Potchak shares her expertise to other professionals through educating on IPA. She has developed workshops for clients to learn about Marcum offerings. Prior to joining Marcum, she worked IBM for 20 years.
