About Patrick

Patrick Dugan is a partner with more than 30 years of experience in national and regional accounting firms. Pat has served private companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology, real estate, and nonprofit. He is also a member of the Firm’s Quality Review Department, which is responsible for establishing and monitoring policies and procedures for the Firm’s accounting and auditing practice.

Pat has a broad range of cross-industry experience working with companies at various stages of their lifecycle. He has guided organizations through complex technical matters, including accounting for business combinations, equity instruments, and stock-based compensation.

Pat served on the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy for nearly 10 years.
