Philip DiBartolomeo has nearly 20 years of audit and accounting experience with national firms, privately held and publicly traded clients across a wide range of industries. He works with Marcum’s Quality Review department to deliver high quality audit and advisory services that meet and exceed PCAOB and AICPA auditing standards, as well as SEC financial reporting regulations. He has extensive experience in complex GAAP accounting matters such as debt and equity transactions, derivatives, and business combinations.

Philip’s expertise includes accounting and auditing in the emerging digital currency industry, as well as other technology-driven industries (Fintech, Adtech, SaaS, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Internet Distribution); financial services (broker-dealers, hedge funds, and private equity), and consumer products. He has assisted clients ranging from pre-revenue start-ups receiving angel investing to mature, privately held companies undertaking IPO listing.

Philip joined Marcum in 2022 with the merger of Friedman LLP into the Firm.
