About Ping-Kang

Benny Liu is a director in Marcum’s New York City Assurance Services department and is a member of the Capital Markets group. A Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience, he specializes in leading complex audit engagements at middle-market companies across a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, and professional services.

Throughout his career, Benny extends his expertise internally as a mentor to the Firm’s up and coming professionals. He helps advance the careers of professional staff through mentoring, organizing training sessions, and serving as the lead instructor for a variety of continuing professional education seminars.

As an active member of the Chinese business community, Benny is familiar with the Chinese and Taiwanese business environments, and has developed a long-standing network of contacts within the community.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Benny was a senior manager for a top 10 national accounting and consulting firm, primarily providing assurance services to privately held clients.
