About Reggie

Reggie Graham oversees valuation engagements related to business entities, securities, and various intangible assets. Reggie works with public and private companies (both domestic and international), boards of directors, business owners, and investors on valuations, feasibility studies, return on investment analyses, and transaction matters.

His experience includes a range of financial consulting, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, restructuring, tax planning, and strategic and financial planning analyses.

Reggie worked with a Big Four firm for a number of years where he focused primarily on valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes. During that time, he spent three years in the firm’s corporate finance practice in the Netherlands, where he advised multinational clients on transaction matters, participated on several pan-European best practices teams, and led the development of the valuation practice’s audit support function for key Dutch clients. Additionally, Reggie has worked with an investment-banking firm where he was a member of the group’s financial advisory services business.

Reggie has conducted valuations and performed financial consulting across a range of industry sectors, including business services, chemical products, consumer goods, fintech, food and beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, technology, and logistics.
