About Ryan
Ryan Dudley, a partner in the Firm’s International Tax group, specializes in developing cross-border commercial structures and financing strategies to optimize international operations and transactions. With over 25 years of public accounting and investment advisory experience, Ryan’s clients have ranged from Fortune 50 multinational corporations to private equity and hedge funds, small businesses, and start-ups. He has advised clients in industries as diverse as banking and finance, technology, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
Ryan is a regular speaker at conferences and online seminars. He has been published in Tax Advisor, Tax Stringer, Accounting and Financial Planning for Law Firms, and various booklets and newsletters. He is frequently interviewed by the press for explanations and opinions about recent tax law and tax policy developments. Ryan is also a contributing member of the rapid response group within the NYSSCPA, which is responsible for written comments to Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service, and policymakers about the NYSSCPA’s tax policy and administration concerns.
