About Steven
Steven Boultbee is a partner in Marcum LLP’s San Francisco tax department and a member of the Firm’s Food & Beverage group. He has more than 15 years of experience in individual and business entity taxation.
Mr. Boultbee’s practice includes tax consulting and compliance for high net worth individuals and family groups, closely held businesses, and emerging companies. He also has extensive experience with equity compensation matters. Mr. Boultbee is a faculty member of Marcum’s annual tax update presentations, for which he focuses on new developments in business and individual taxation.
Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Boultbee was a tax specialist at a regional California accounting firm, after beginning his career at one of the “Big Four.”
